Hip turning in space seems to be a problem for Harold. Whether it’s because he runs too tall or he doesn’t have the proper hip flexibility, however, is another thing. In the first two plays, Harold shows poor hip turning to cget around the corner and becomes off-balanced. In the final play, Harold actually drops his inside hip perfectly and uses it to hit the quarterback.
Finally, here are a few plays where Harold just seems to be standing too tall and loses leverage at the point of attack.
To improve his pass rushing ability, Harold NEEDS to get a better hand placement and be more decisive on his moves. Overall I felt like he was pass rushing without a plan. Whenever he firmly executed a move like a club-swim or speed-rip it was done well and will be more consistent when he decides pre-snap his moves for the play.

One of the biggest issues with Harold as said previously is his inability to get off of blocks. There were times where Harold got washed out of running plays because of struggling to get off of blocks at the point of attack.
While other times he showed a good first step and sheds the block properly to his the runningback in the backfield. For example in his matchup against Miami, Harold made some key tackles against RB Duke Johnson that helped keep him to his lowest yards per game for the entire season.
Here’s another play where he does a good job with hand placement to hold the point of attack.
Here are a few more plays where once the blocker engages his hands on Harold’s shoulder pads, Harold can’t shed them and can’t make a play on the running back.
