Here’s my quick notes on Devin White out of LSU:

  • Awesome quickness
  • Amazing straight-line speed
  • Tackles hard and plays at a high intensity
  • A little bit stiff hipped and will miss his target if he goes full speed
  • Can be slow to disengage from blocks
  • Love his effort and hustle
  • When somebody intercepts a pass, he’ll lead the return party pack
  • Don’t think he’s as aware in zones
  • Can be a very good man coverage defender
  • Can carry seam receivers down the field
  • Team captain
  • Average instincts for misdirection
  • Showed flashes of stacking ability with two hands but can’t needs to improve in consistency and placement
